Angular v19 Has Landed

Minko Gechev from the Angular Team walks through the notable additions in his official release post:

  • Incremental hydration is now in developer preview, built to handle the most demanding performance scenarios
  • Configure per-route rendering on the client, server, or during build time, and pre-resolve route parameters in prerendering
  • Schematics that help you adopt current best practices—covering inputs, outputs, queries, inject-based DI, and the modern build system
  • Core reactivity primitives reach stable status, with new additions including linkedSignal and resource
  • A batch of convenience improvements such as a time picker component, automatic unused import cleanup, schematics via language service, HMR for styles, and much more
